Timed tickets, if you are unable to come on the date and time that you selected when you purchased your time slotted ticket, you can reschedule your tickets if your original date and time has not expired. If your date and time has expired, and you did not use your tickets, we cannot reschedule them, and there are NO REFUNDS.
